Glass shipment comparison
Glass shipments may be dense by material weight but still occupy substantial protected cube because of A-frames, crates, edge clearances, separators, and no-top-load requirements. Sheet size, thickness, orientation, tempering, lamination, exposed edges, and rack stability materially affect handling.
